Two paths of study, one shared foundation: awareness and compassion. Choose the training that meets where you are.
Our trainings are designed for those who want to move beyond surface-level teaching and develop a more refined, embodied approach to yoga.
We bring together the structure and intelligence of Vinyasa, the depth and stillness of Yin, and the awareness-based practices of somatic work. This integration allows you to understand not only what to teach — but how and why.
You will learn to guide both dynamic and slow practices with clarity and purpose, work with the nervous system in a safe and trauma-aware way, adapt your teaching to different bodies, needs and experiences, and hold space with presence, sensitivity and professionalism.
Our approach is grounded, experiential and rooted in real understanding — not memorization. Whether you are beginning your teaching path or refining your voice as a teacher, these trainings are designed to support long-term growth, confidence and integrity in your work.
Many trainings focus on sequencing and performance. We focus on understanding. At Chandra Karuna School of Yoga, you learn how to work with the body, the breath, and the nervous system — so your teaching is not only effective, but responsive and grounded in real presence.

There is a different kind of yoga that emerges when we slow down. One that isn't about achieving the deepest pose, but about learning to listen.
Our 30-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to deepen your understanding of the body, the nervous system, and the healing power of stillness.
Whether you dream of teaching Yin Yoga or simply want to deepen your own practice, this training offers far more than a certification — it is a journey of self-discovery, embodiment and transformation. If you're ready to slow down, listen deeply, and teach from a place of presence rather than performance, we'd love to welcome you.
