A school of yoga rooted in depth, compassion and embodied practice.
A Practice Rooted in Awareness and Compassion
Chandra Karuna brings together two essential qualities of practice: awareness and compassion.
Our approach is informed by traditional yoga teachings and modern somatic understanding, so you graduate with a practice that respects lineage and meets the body as it is.
We value depth over intensity, presence over performance, and integration over information.
This is a space to learn slowly, question deeply, and develop a way of teaching that is both intelligent and human.
Daniela has always been a seeker, drawn from an early age to a life lived with curiosity. Growing up in Italy, she found yoga while living in the Caribbean of Costa Rica, and it's been with her ever since.
She began her yoga practice in London in 2008, and since then, under the guidance of skilled teachers and her own curiosity, her practice has evolved, unfolded and continued to deepen.
Passionate about yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, sound healing and the art of touch, she specializes in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal yoga, with a strong focus on the power of breath and the alignment of the body.
She is also a certified massage therapist, offering a blend of reiki, ayurvedic and relaxing techniques.
Her journey began at the age of six through artistic gymnastics, where she discovered a deep appreciation for movement and the incredible intelligence of the human body.
It was yoga that opened the door to something far beyond physical practice. With every practice, she found herself drawn into a deeper understanding of the connection between mind and body — one that has become a path of self-discovery, teaching that honours where balance is not found in perfection, but in returning to authentic awareness and connection.
For her, yoga is much more than a practice — it is a way of life. She combines her training with somatic regulation, mindful living, and the intention to guide others back to their own quiet strength.
"Words cannot fully express how deeply this training has touched me, and the experience surpassed everything I could have imagined. This 200-hour training was life-changing — a deep transformational journey that left a lasting impression, one that goes far beyond asana into how I move through the world."
